Small Causes Judge, MACT and XLI ACMM, Bengaluru partly decreeing the suit for ejectment, damages and mesne profits.
These Civil Revision Petitions coming on for Admission this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER These revision petitions are directed against the impugned judgment and order dated 22.10.2016 passed in S.C.No.723/2012 on the file of the XIX Addl. Small Causes Judge, MACT and XLI ACMM, Bengaluru decreeing the suit filed by the respondents-plaintiffs for ejectment of the vacant possession from the petitioners-defendants of the suit schedule property and other reliefs.
2. Both the counsel submit that during the pendency of the revision petition, the petitioners-defendants have vacated and handed over the vacant possession of the suit schedule property to the respondents-plaintiffs.
3. The submission of the learned counsel is placed on record. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
