JUDGMENT / ORDER

PETITIONS under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writs of Certiorari to call for the records on the files of the respondent in TNGST.2842012/2000-01 and TNGST.2842012/2001-02, both dated 31.1.2007 and quash the same as being invalid, illegal and contrary to Section 55 of the Tamil Nadu General Sale Tax Act, 1959.
For Petitioner : Mr.V.Srikanth For Respondent : Mr.K.Venkatesh, GA COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitions have become infructuous and that the same may be dismissed. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect.
