O R D E R Learned counsel appearing for the parties have filed a memo of settlement which reads thus:-
“The Respondent Company herewith pays a sum of Rs.3,39,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Thirty Nine Thousand Only) vide D.D.No.979474 dated 13.06.2019 drawn on CITI Bank, M.G. Road Branch, Bangalore, towards full and final settlement of all claims of the Petitioner in the above case. The petitioner and respondent thereby pray that this Hon’ble Court may dismiss the above petition as withdrawn. The Respondent has also paid a sum of Rs.9,100/- by way of cash.”
The said memo is placed on record.
In view of the aforesaid, this Company Petition stands disposed of in terms of the memo of settlement.
