ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or orders more particularly one in the nature of “Writ of Mandamus” declaring that the action of Respondent No.4 in not taking steps against Respondent No.5 to protect the full tank level area existing towards East of Survey No.339, situated at Kongarakalan Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g), 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct Respondent No.4 to inspect the development activities undertaken by Respondent No.5 and appropriate steps to protect the full tank level area existing towards East of Sy.No.339 at Kongarakalan Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.”
After arguing the case, Sri Vijay B.Paropkari, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to pursue O.S.No.1250 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District by impleading the official respondents, if necessary.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.37161 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
