O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Even on 15.04.2019 and 22.04.2019, none appeared for the petitioner indicating that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.
2. On perusal of records it is noticed that petitioner has sought to set aside the order dated 04.12.2013 passed by the XIV Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, in C.C.No.26283/2011.
3. It is verified from the High Court website that C.C.No.26283/2011 is disposed of by order dated 30.03.2015 as settled in Lok Adalath.
4. In view of the above facts, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
