O R D E R In this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner remained absent. Sri Vijaykumar.A.Patil, Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents.
2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner interalia seeks a direction to the second respondent to decide the representation dated 17.01.2019 submitted by him and release him on parole for a period of thirty days with reasonable conditions.
3. When the matter is taken up today, Sri.VijaykumarA.A.Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner shall be considered and decided within a month.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and decide the representation dated 17.01.2019 of the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
