O R D E R Petitioner and two others were charge-sheeted in Crime No.509/2017 of Hebbagodi Police Station, Bengaluru, on the allegation of committing murder of one Guddappa on 25.11.2017 at 8.30 p.m. at Gollahalli village due to some ill-will.
2. The allegation against the petitioner (accused No.1) and accused No.2 was that they stabbed the victim with knife and caused his death.
3. This Court on 05.12.2018 rejected the earlier petition of the petitioner on considering the material on record on merits. No changed circumstances are made out in the present petition. Apart from that, in the present petition, the fact of rejection of the petitioner’s earlier bail application is suppressed.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is not a fit case for grant of bail. Therefore, the petition is dismissed.
