This criminal petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4 of 2011 on the file of the Special Magistrate Court at Visakhapatnam.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after trial, accused is acquitted in the above referred C.C., therefore, the matter has become infructuous.
4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
