RESPONDENTS (By Sri./Smt : GA is directed to accept notice for R1 & R2) (MA not filed) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to grant pension to the petitioner for the service rendered by him during the non grant period from 16.1.1986 to 21.11.1990. Direct the Respondents to revise the pension payment order of the petitioner by granting pension to the petitioner for the entire service rendered by him in the Respondent No. 4 / college and qualifying service for pension and pensionery benefits and in addition to the present pension and pensionary benefits granted to the petitioner. Pay the petitioner arrears pension commuted value of pension, DCRG, leave encasement and all other retrial benefits on that basis and continue to pay pension at the revised rate together with interest at 12% p.a. from the date the respective amounts became due until date of payment This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day the court made the following order.
ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time for submission of English translation of the documents which are in Kannada, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court.
