This Appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 08.12.2008, in OS.No.141 of 2005, on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka.
Mr.S.Rajan, learned Counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 19-09-2014, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein he has stated that his client intends to withdraw the Appeal.
At the hearing, learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated his request.
In view of the same, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
