O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. No representation. Perused the petition.
2. Petitioner has sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.606/2015 registered for the offences punishable under sections 406, 468, 471, 120B of Indian Penal Code and section 66(c) of Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned HCGP for respondent No.1 submits that on completion of investigation, charge-sheet is laid against the petitioner for the above offences. Petitioner has not sought to challenge the charge-sheet.
Hence, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek for his discharge on such grounds available under law, the petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2015 does not survive for consideration and it is also dismissed.
