THIS CIVIL REVISION PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Compromise petition under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, is filed. The application is signed by both the petitioner and respondent herein, who are present before the Court and they are identified by their respective counsels.
2. On perusal of the terms of the compromise, I am satisfied that it is in accordance with law. It would indicate that the petitioner – tenant has agreed to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the petition schedule premises to the respondent – landlord on or before 31.10.2019. The petitioner – tenant has agreed to pay monthly damages in a sum of Rs.2,250/-. The respondent – landlord has agreed to grant time till 31.10.2019 and to accept damages at Rs.2,250/- per month.
3. The compromise petition is taken on record.
4. The petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at by the parties.
5. The petitioner shall vacate and handover vacant possession of the premises in question on or before 31.10.2019.
