Inspite of granting sufficient opportunities, the appellants have not filed paperbook.
The appeal is of the year 2014 and sufficient opportunity even as ‘finally’, as ‘a last chance’ and once again ‘as a last chance’ was given to the appellants to file paperbook and proceed further in the matter.
Since the appellants are not evincing any interest in the matter, it is to be taken that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the matter. As such, the appeal stands dismissed for non- filing of paperbook and for non-prosecution of appeal.
