2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 03.10.2018 and 02.03.2019 (Annexures – B and C) submitted by the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that suitable action on the representations submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
