Jayaramaiah, S/o.Muttaiah, Aged about 33 years, Residing at Peddanapalya, Tavarekere Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, Pin-560 008. … Respondent (By Sri. Shivakumar.N, Adv., for Sri. Arvind.B.Patil, Adv.,) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 407 read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to transfer the case PCR No.138/2016 further registered as C.C.No.73/2017 pending on the file of II Additional Civil Judge and J.M.F.C., Magadi, Ramanagara District to any A.C.M.M., Bengaluru to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.Shanthi Bhusan.H, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Sri.Shivakumar.N, learned counsel for Sri.Arvind B. Patil, learned counsel for the respondent.
For the reasons assigned by this Court in Criminal Petition No.2128/2017 dated 29.05.2019, the proceedings pending on the file of II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Magadi, Ramanagaram District registered as C.C.No.73/2017 stands transferred to the Court of Principal District Judge, Bengaluru, who shall assign the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Bengaluru.
2. Needless to state that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Magistrate on each and every date of hearing and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournments and shall co-operate with the proceedings before the learned Magistrate for early disposal of the same.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
