ORDER Though the case is called twice, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. In this case, this Court vide Order dated 25.10.2018 was pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner and issued notice to the respondent. However, as on today, process fee and petition copy to issue notice to the respondent have not been furnished. The order sheet discloses that the learned counsel for the petitioner has continuously remained absent. This case was posted on 14.12.2018, 24.01.2019, 08.02.2019, 28.02.2019, 22.03.2019, 28.05.2019 and 04.07.2019 and time was granted to take necessary steps. On 04.07.2019, though there was no representation for the petitioner, however, to give one more opportunity, a week’s time was granted to do the needful. However, the needful has not been done as on today. There is no purpose in keeping this petition pending.
The revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
