Pramodhini Kishan, HCGP (absent)) This WP is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records on the file of the R2 and R3 and direct R2 to consider the representation dated 10.04.2014 at Annexure-F submitted by the petitioner and to enter the name of the petitioner in RTC in respect of the Schedule Property by removing the name of the BDA which is entered as per M.R.No.T- 1/2012-13.
This Writ petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for consideration of his representation dated 10.04.2014, vide Annexure-F. Since there has been a long lapse of time, it is just and appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the same in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off.
Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation dated 10.04.2014, vide Annexure-F and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
