* Correction carried out as per Court Order dated 27.08.2019 2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally.
3. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.09.2017 contained in Annexure-J and to provide access from the main road in Sy.Nos.198 and 199 situated at Kannurahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District.
4. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to him.
5. Learned counsel for the respondents have not opposed to the prayer made by the petitioner.
6. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.09.2017 by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed today after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
