Respondent (By Sri B.E.Shreedhar, Advocate) This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to register the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Site No.502 of B.Block, Kudlu Singasandra Layout, Bangalore formed by the respondent and to direct the respondent to implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.39506/2012 on 9.1.2013 and to register the sale deed in favour of the petitioner.
This writ petition, coming on for orders, this day, the Court, made the following:
ORDER The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 02.03.2013 vide Annexure-D.
2. Earlier this Court in W.P.No.39506/2012 disposed of on 09.01.2013 has reserved liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation within two weeks from the date of disposal of the writ petition and ordered that if such representation is given, the same shall be considered within a period of four weeks thereon. Pursuant to that, the petitioner has given a representation vide Annexure-D dated 02.03.2013. Since the representation is not considered, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. Inspite of the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.39506/2012 the representation dated 02.03.2013 vide Annexure-D has not been considered by the respondent.
Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2013 vide Annexure-D in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the above observations, this petition stands disposed of.
