THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is seeking for a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.1, the Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka, Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore – 1 and the Director Council of Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, Pragathi House, 3rd floor, 47-48 Neharu Palace, New Delhi to consider the representation dated 26.08.2017 contained in Annexure-C and to take suitable action in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that suitable action on the representation submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
