After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition to enable her to approach DRT by filing an application under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as stated above.
