These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for entire records from R- 1 pertaining to under Annex-Z and also entire records from R-3 &4 under Annex-A; and etc.
These Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-

2. The petitions are admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions. The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
