In this petition, the petitioner inter alia is seeking for a writ of mandamus to consider the case of the petitioner as requested vide petitioner letter dated 04.07.2014 as in Annexure-M.
2. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the letter submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, if not already decided, by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
