Sri. B.H. Shamanna, learned counsel for the respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim order dated 03.05.2019, passed by a bench of this Court, petitioner has deposited the amount before the trial Court within a period of two weeks. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
2. Accordingly, writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
