Hegde, Advocate, for R2) This Criminal Petition is filed u/s.482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the order dated 02.04.2014 passed in Crime No.70/2011 dated 26.04.2011 registered by Mangalore North P.S., pending on the file of the Court of JMFC – II, Mangalore, subsequently registered a case in C.C.No.1207/2014 by taking cognizance offences against the petitioners No.1 and 2 (Accused No.1 and 2) for the offences P/U/S 448, 366, 376, 342, 506 read with 34 of IPC and issuing summons to the petitioners to appear before the Court to face the trail for the aforesaid offences.
