O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. Perused the records.
Petitioner has sought to quash the FIR and complaint in Crime No.227/2014 registered by the Kadur Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 353, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and section 3(i)(x) of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.1 submits that after investigation, charge-sheet is laid before the court and the same is numbered as C.C.No.572/2015.
Hence, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek discharge before the trial court on such grounds available in law, petition is disposed of.
In view of disposal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2014 for stay does not survive for consideration and the same is also disposed of.
