ORDER Learned counsel for the respondents has filed a Memo dated 18.08.2018 reporting the delivery of possession of the schedule property to the respondents - landlords.
2. This matter was listed to hear the submission of the learned counsel. Despite opportunity given, there is no representation by the counsel for the petitioner.
3. Considering the submission of the counsel for the respondent, memo is taken on record.
4. The civil revision petition is dismissed as the same has become infructuous, in view of delivery of possession of the petition schedule premises to the respondents – landlords.
5. In view of dismissal of civil revision petition, I.A. No.1/2015 for condonation of delay and I.A. No.1/2016 for stay, does not survive for consideration.
