This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the R2 to consider and dismiss the petition filed by the petitioners on 22.04.2017 as referred at Annexure-G as early as possible.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER The petitioners herein are seeking a direction to 2nd respondent to proceed with the petition which is filed by them seeking cancellation of the power of attorney said to have been executed by them as stated in their petition filed under Section 5 of the Karnataka Village Offices Abolition Act, 1961. A copy of which is at Annexure-G.
2. Admittedly, the same is filed on 22.4.2017.
Immediately thereafter, the present writ petition is filed seeking direction which cannot be entertained.
3. By reserving liberty to move the matter before the 2nd respondent to take up for consideration in accordance with law, this writ petition is dismissed.
