THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR FINAL HEARING THIS DAY, NARAYANA SWAMY J, MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner has filed the present Writ petition challenging the order dated 19.11.2018 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru rejecting Application No.6837/2018. The said application was filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the Official Memoranda dated 24.08.2018, 25.08.2018 and 29.08.2018, by which others were posted incharge to the petitioner and by Official Memorandum dated 29.08.2018, the Tahsildar continued him as F.D.A. but assigned the work of S.D.A. and directed the petitioner to hand over complete charge of Revenue Inspector, Kasaba Hobli to Respondent No.4.
2. It is submitted that petitioner is about to retire on 31.05.2019. In the circumstances, if it is not proper to go into the merit of the matter at this stage, except to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retrieve as Revenue Inspector. Accordingly we pass the following order.
The petitioner is permitted to retire as Revenue Inspector and the respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to allow the petitioner to retire as Revenue Inspector and after his retirement the incharge arrangement made in favour of respondents No.4 stands reverted. The order of the Tribunal stands modified to that effect.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
