THESE WRIT PETITIONS ARE FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO QUASH THE POLICE NOTICE DATED 1.5.2013 ISSUED BY THE 4TH RESPODNENT VIDE ANN-L. DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO TRANSFER THE MATTER PERTAINING TO THE INVESTIGATION OF THE OFFENCES PURSUANT TO THE CASE REGISTERED BY THE BANGALORE METROPOLITAN TASK FORCE POLIE STATION IN CRIME NO.194/2012 AND IN CRIME NO.377/2012 REGISTERED BY THE UPPARPET POLICE TO THE HON'BLE KARNATAKA LOKAYUKTHA BANGALORE FOR A FAIR AND PROPER INVESTIGATION AND ETC.
THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.

2. In these petitions, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of certiorari for quashment of police notice dated 01.05.2013 as well as a direction to transfer the matter pertaining to the investigation of the offences registered by Upparpet police to the Karnataka Lokayukta.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation and after completion of the investigation, B report has been filed which has been accepted on 19.01.2018 by the II Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City.
4. In view of the aforesaid subsequent events which have taken place during the pendency of the writ petitions, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law.
