Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the FIR in Cr.No.252/2015 of the 1st respondent police, pending on the file of Learned Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC Devanahalli for the alleged offence P/U/S 363 of IPC.
This Criminal Petition coming on for admission this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER This petition is filed for quashing of the FIR registered against the petitioners in Crime No.252/2015 for the offence punishable under Section 363 of IPC.
2. Sri Sandesh J.Chouta, learned SPP submits that after investigation, ‘B’ report has been filed on 17.01.2017. In that view of the matter, present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
In view of the dismissal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2016 does not survive for consideration and same is hereby rejected.
