JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
During the course of arguments, Sri A.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner of Writ Petition No.694 (S/S) of 2001 has drawn attention of this Court towards one supplementary affidavit, which was filed in the instant writ petition through C.M.Application No.44705 of 2016 on 29.04.2016 but the same is not on record, therefore, office is directed to trace out the same and place it on record.
Since copy of the aforesaid affidavit has already been provided to Sri P.K. Sinha, learned counsel for the opposite parties and no reply to the said affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties, therefore, Sri P. K. Sinha, is granted two weeks' and no more time to file reply of the aforesaid affidavit.
It is made clear that if the reply to the said affidavit is not filed by Sri Sinha on or before the next date of listing, the matter shall be heard finally without asking any reply from the opposite parties.
List this petition in the week commencing 07.01.2019, within top five cases, along with bunch of writ petitions. The parties shall come prepared for final hearing on the next date.
