. Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents herein in disconnecting the Power Supply to the Petitioner/Industry pursuant to Closure Order vide Order No.GN-6/PCB/RO/NLR/2012-1490, dt.28.12.2012 of 3rd Respondent herein as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Order dt.03.01.2013 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.160 of 2013.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.V. Bhatt, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Forests for Respondent No.1, Sri Y.Srinivasa Murthy, Standing Counsel for Respondent No.2 & 3, and Sri O . Manohar Reddy, Standing Counsel for Respondent No.4, the Court made the following
ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
It is brought to our notice that though this Court granted Status quo in W.P.No.160 of 2013, the 4th respondent herein disconnected the supply to the petitioner’s mill.
In these circumstances, the 4th respondent herein is directed to immediately restore the supply to the petitioner’s mill and the status quo granted by this Court in W.P.No.160 of 2013 shall be continued.
Post the matter after four weeks.
