THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The short grievance of the petitioner is against the non- consideration of his representations, for considering his candidature for appointment to the post of Bill Collector in terms of the order dated 23.08.2018 made by the Chief Executive Officer, Taluk Panchayat, Chintamani.
2. Learned AGA Sri.M.V.Ramesh Jois, having accepted notice for the answering respondent, fairly submits that if a reasonable period is prescribed by this court, there would be no difficulty for considering petitioner’s representation in accordance with law, if petitioner too cooperates by furnishing necessary information/document for facilitating such consideration.
3. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed off directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner’s representations dated 27.8.2018 and 29.01.22019 respectively at Annexures – B & C, within a period of six weeks, and further to inform him the result thereof without fail.
It is open to the answering respondents to solicit any information or document from the side of petitioner as are required for such consideration; however, subject to the rider that in the guise of such solicitation, delay shall not be brooked.
All contentions of the parties are kept open. No costs.
