THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Smt. Farah Fathima, learned counsel for Smt. Latha Shetty, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri. B. Pramod, learned Central Government Counsel for respondent No.2.
In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 02.01.2015 submitted by the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitions may be disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner contained in Annexure-C dated 02.01.2015.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, it is directed that the competent authority shall consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.01.2015 contained in Annexure-C by a speaking order, if not already decided, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order passed today, in accordance with law.
4. Needless to state that with regard to the other reliefs, which have been claimed by the petitioner i.e., reliefs ‘a’ and ‘b’, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under law.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
