O R D E R This writ petition is filed against the order dated 14.09.2018 rejecting interlocutory applications filed in O.S.No.3463/2018 pending on the file of XLI Addl. City Civil Judge (CCH-42), Bengaluru ('Trial Court' for short).
It is discerned that the said O.S.No.3463/2018 has been disposed of by the Trial Court and hence, writ petition does not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
