(By Sri M.Divakar Mddur, HCGP) …Respondents This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C praying to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.446/2013 (Crime No.123/2013) pending on the file of Hon’ble Additional Civil Judge and JMFC at Doddaballapura, proposing to frame charge for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 418, 420, 423, 426, 441, 465, 466, 468, 481 and 482 of IPC and to discharge them from the case.
This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for Admission, this day the Court made the following:-
O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent No.1-State.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners for some time, he submits that a right may be reserved to him to agitate the said grounds before the Court below and petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
3. The said submission has been placed on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above said liberty.
IA No.1/2019 does not survive for consideration and the same is accordingly dismissed.
