These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the impugned order dated 5-10-2018 (Annexure-H) issued by the R-1 against the petitioners. Direct the Respondents to lift/remove the termination of distributorship imposed on petitioner through impugned order dated 5-10-2018 (Annexure-H) issued by R-1 and etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.Rajiv R., learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions. The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
