Yard P.S., Bangalore for the offences P/U/S 363, 366A, 376 of IPC and Section 4, 5(L), 6, 16, 21(1) of POCSO Act.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that before filing the charge sheet, bail petition has been filed and further it is submitted that after filing the charge sheet, the petitioner/accused has moved the case before the trial Court and has already been released on bail. Hence, the present petition become infructuous.
The said submission is placed on record.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
