2. Two weeks time was granted finally on 15.02.2019 to comply with the office objections. Again on 21.03.2019, two weeks time was granted to comply with the office objections. The office objections are not complied with as on today.
4. This is an appeal against the order of acquittal in respect of an offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. It seems that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
