THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R-2 TO ISSUE NOC REGARDING THE BLASTING LICENSE IN RESPECT OF THE PETITIONER SCHEDULE PROPERTY [LEASED PROPERTY] WITHIN TIME FRAMED PERIOD AND ETC.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, P.S. DINESH KUMAR J., MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Heard.
2. Shri Ganapathy Bhat Vajralli, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has filed an application dated 20.02.2016 before respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Chitradurga District, seeking ‘No Objection Certificate’ to obtain blasting permit. The said application has not been considered.
3. Shri V.G. Bhanuprakash, learned AGA for the respondents submits that if some time is granted, petitioner’s application shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law, if not already disposed of. His submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider petitioner’s application dated 20.02.2016 within a period of four weeks’ from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
No costs.
