THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE CHIEF JUSTICE MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R This is a public interest litigation complaining that the respondent No.6, that is, Bharathi Education Trust, has violated the grant conditions made in its favour in the year 1962 for educational purpose.
2. The Principal Secretary, Department of Revenue, Government of Karnataka, upon perusal of the materials, came to the conclusion that there was no evidence to show that the said Trust had violated the conditions of the grant. Such findings of fact are not open to challenge in a writ petition.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
4. We make no order as to costs.
