ORDER Petitioner has assailed the impugned order dated 19.04.2017. The petitioner had the benefit of interim order during the pendency of the present writ petition. The respondents have withdrawn the said order dated 19.04.2017 on 09.05.2017. Accordingly, writ petition does not survive for consideration and petition stands dismissed.
