THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR HEARING THIS DAY, SATYANARAYANA J., MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER In this petition, Sri.Shanthakumar.K.C., learned counsel is permitted to retire on 29.6.2016. Thereafter this matter is being continuously listed showing the name of the petitioner as party-in-person. Further, the order sheet indicates that the petitioner-party-in-person has been continuously absent. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, this Court finds that no purpose would be served in keeping this matter pending for statistical purpose since it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
2. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
