This petition coming on for orders this day, the Chief Justice made the following ORDER Mr.V.G.Bhanuprakash, learned additional government advocate, appears for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
Shrimati Lubna Fairoz, learned advocate, appears for the respondent No.4.
2. Mr.Manjunath Hegde, learned advocate, appears for the writ petitioner and moves a memorandum seeking to withdraw the writ petition as not pressed.
3. As prayed for by him, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
