THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER When the matter had come up before this Court on 25.2.2019, two weeks’ time was granted to comply with the office objections. Again on 8.7.2019, when the matter was posted for orders regarding non-compliance of office objections, finally one week’s time was granted, failing which the matter would be posted for dismissal. Therefore, today the matter is posted for dismissal of the writ petition.
2. Though the case is called twice, none appears for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for default. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed for default for non-compliance of office objections.
