Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received a copy of the CD, which is referred to in the application-I.A.No.5 filed in the suit in O.S.No.3/2011, from the respondent’s counsel in Court today. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer made in the aforesaid I.A.No.5 does not survive for consideration, and therefore, no order is necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
