RESPONDENTS This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 Cr.P.C praying to set aside the order dated 09.01.2017 passed by the V Addl. District and S.J., Devanahalli in Crl.R.P.No.15017/2016 and also set aside the order dated 05.02.2015 passed by the Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Devanahalli in I.A.No.1 in Crl.Misc.No.359/2014.
This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned Counsel for the revision petitioner files a memo seeking permission of this Court to convert this revision petition into criminal petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
2. The memo is placed on record. In view of the memo, office is directed to register the present revision petition as criminal petition under section 482 Cr.P.C.
