O R D E R This writ petition is directed against the order dated 5.11.2014 passed by the Court of II Addl. Prl. Judge, Family Court, Bangalore on I.A.No.2 filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking interim maintenance in M.C.No.5256/2013.
2. After going through the records, it is clear that M.C.No.5256/2013 is disposed of on 15.4.2016.
3. As there was no representation on behalf of the parties on 3.1.2019, in order to give one more opportunity, the matter was adjourned to next week. Today, even though the matter was called twice since morning, there is no representation for the parties. This shows that the parties are not diligent in prosecuting the case. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
