RESPONDENTS ORDER:
In view of the death of the counsel on record, this Court through order dated 13.08.2014 directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Registry had sent notice to the petitioner and he received the same. Despite the same, none appears for the petitioner nor there is any representation on his behalf. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Endowments that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
For the aforesaid reasons, this writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
